The Royal Borough of Greenwich is mentioned in the IICSA investigation to do with Green Lane Childrens Home and Melanie Klein House - the years 1988-9. Day 14 [29 March 2019] in the Documents section HERE
Green Lanes was a collection of homes in different area.
Former PC worked at Eltham police station from 1985-88. Statement from Dec 2016.
Mentions Chris Faye, HERE a former Greenwich Council social worker [and elected member of GC] who years later was involved with allegations about Elm Guest House in the LB of Richmond - the post about Richmond HERE.
Chris Faye [CF] is also linked to Islington via Mary Moss, who worked in Islington around the same time period HERE.
Back in 1988 CF had reportedly complained to the police about social workers being arrested for questioning in the Kimberly Carlisle [also spelt Carlile in some reports] murder investigation. KC was 4 years old, her step-father Nigel Hall was convicted of her murder and her mother jailed for assualt and cruelty HERE
Operation Winter Key [OWK]
OWK HERE was the then investigation by the then called Independent Police Complaints Commission [IPCC] into an allegation made in 1988 by a then council member of children being taken from the two homes and taken to parties where prominant people where and that no proper investigation of it took place.
Evidence of document that purports to show that CF did report the matter, which is claimed to be fake HERE
However, there had been an investigation into a 'rent boy' who lived in Greenwich, who was pimping around young boys, taken to parties and abused, did robberies and burglaries. He was also a police informant - inform on the boys and then be their appriopriate adult at police interviews.
Kids from all local council homes.
A teacher was named, was took pictures, he was mentioned in Johny Go Home films [Roger Gleaves aka the Bishop of Medway]
Someone worked for the government and was at an arms sale conference.
One boy attacked, left brain damaged as he was going to the police - to do with Dolphin Square. Mention of the Gin Palace - a boat.
Investigation also involving Surrey Police [the teacher]
Rebecca Brookes mentioned in regards to police have weekly meetings with her.
Mention of Money Laundering re the Docklands, where a voice recording was found in business premises, of a local MP having sex with a young male - teenager, consentual apparently. Backmail implications.
Says he was told to stop the investigation into un-named - from Souh East Regional Crime Squad. He was then under investigation following a complaint. Not allowed to give evidence in any trials.
